Technical aspects of fighting

We must not neglect the technical work because it is an essential tool that will allow you to fully express your art. Every day you should try to improve your technical level, taking care of every detail. These details will make the difference between victory and defeat.

For a fluid, efficient and completely assimilated gesture, it must be repeated endlessly. When the technique is well mastered, one must continue to work to maintain the good technical level. To express themselves freely through gesture, it is necessary that the technique is fully integrated.

To get rid of a technical error, one must repeat the correct movement thousands of times. Be patient and thorough!
